What would be better for most people in your country: having fewer rich people… or having many more?

In 2025, for the first time in history, more than 140,000 millionaires changed countries. The United Kingdom lost 16,500 in a single year. France, Germany and Spain became exporters of fortunes. Argentina has 470 billion dollars piled up outside its system. Meanwhile, Dubai, Milan, Singapore, Zurich, Montevideo and Asunción take in the ones who leave, along with their companies, their jobs and their ideas.

This book walks through those cases with numbers, names and dates, and arrives at an uncomfortable conclusion: countries don't have too many rich people. They need more. And those who believe justice means going after the people who create value end up just as unequal, only poorer.
